Bogdan Puşcaş, president of the National Agency for Public Procurement (ANAP)

Bogdan Puşcaş will open the series of presentations with the latest elements of the regulatory framework for public procurement and its implementation. ANAP president will also refer to the most effective options for effectively identifying and managing risk in the supply chain.



Corina Truică, COO CEMS EPC SA

Corina Truică will talk about what matters most when selecting service providers in the energy industry. “The decision to outsource support services for energy – such as engineering, maintenance, repairs, execution of investment projects – should generate added value for the beneficiary company in terms of access to highly specialized personal, effective management systems, reliability and costs reduction”, considers Corina Truică.


Mihai Darie, CFO Nuclearelectrica

Mihai Darie will present details on purchasing operations within a nuclear operator: needs, risk management and measures. Nuclearelectrica representative will also refer to internal control measures for efficiency and compliance of the purchase transactions, and hence for the efficiency of the company.




We will invite over 50 experts from the energy sector, mainly representatives of Romania’s most active companies in the automation and IT sector, as well as representatives of professional associations in the field.

Energy Breakfast Club is a meeting of 2 to 3 hours where energy specialists have the opportunity to keep themselves up to date with the latest information and the most influential views on one the hot topics of the moment.

As a host, energynomics.ro will provide – from 09.00 AM – the MC and the coffee, will propose the theme and will launch the invitations for the speakers. They are selected accordingly with their best knowledge of the topic and are responsible for organizing ideas and stimulating intellectual challenges. Presentations will not exceed 20 minutes and are intended to be starting points for a dynamic exchange of ideas and perspectives.
