Bioenergy – the Hidden Energy Resource of Romania

21 Feb 2017 @ 09:00 - 18:00

Biomass is one of Romania’s resources that is inefficiently used, although it can provide solutions to many acute problems in energy (heating) and in environment (salvage of waste). On February 21, ARBIO and energynomics.ro scheduled a whole day event dedicated to bioenergy, a great opportunity to update your information on the national regulatory framework, on the European obligations, but also to discover new technologies and business approaches already tested in other parts of world.

  1. Biomass is the major source of primary energy for heating
  2. Biomass heat can offer lower costs for industries and District Heating
  3. The Biomass and Biogas Law is in Parliament
  4. There are already 220+ million Euros of Grants available for Bioenergy
  5. Bioenergy is the only feasible proposal for Romania so as to respect the new obligations on municipal waste management
  6. Biogas: 10 major advantages for companies, farmers and the society
  7. Bioenergy4Business: The unique “Fuel parameter calculator” for Biomass investments
  8. BIOSURF – First for Romania: Why Biomethane can change Romania’s transportation future
