Electromagnetica is organizing a new auction on September 9 for the sale of electric car charging stations. No buyers showed up at the first auction, which took place on September 2. The value of the goods starts at 50,000 lei, and 5,000 lei for each lot, according to a report consulted by Energynomics.

“Further to the current report dated July 3, 2026, Electromagnetica S.A. informs shareholders and investors that, for the competitive bidding round with shout, dated September 2, 2026, with the deadline for submitting documents set on August 31, 2026, for the sale of electric vehicle charging stations, no offers were submitted. The company informs that, on September 9, 2026, at 11:00, at its headquarters located in Bucharest, Calea Rahovei, no. 266-268, sector 5, it is organizing a new round of competitive bidding open with shout, for the sale of electric vehicle charging stations, at the minimum starting price of 50,000 lei for Lot I and 5,000 lei for Lot II, established according to the Terms of Reference, to which VAT is applied, in accordance with the legal provisions in force. At “The auction session may be attended by persons who provide proof of meeting the requirements set out in the Regulation on the organization and conduct of the auction,” the report states.
