The new deadline for obtaining Emergency Certificates (CSU) has been extended until June 15, 2020, and they will be issued taking into account as reference also the month of May, the Ministry of Economy, Energy and Business Environment announced, in a press release, according to Agerpres.

“The novelty is that the CSU Certificates will be issued taking into account May as well, therefore the reporting now includes March, April and May, and the deadline for their issuance is June 15. We took these decisions following the uninterrupted dialogue with economic operators during this period, because this support initiative was started in response to their needs and it must respond to as many companies in difficulty as possible,” says the Minister of Economy, Virgil Popescu.

The current Order modifies the Order of the Minister of Economy no. 791/2020 on granting emergency certificates to economic operators whose activity is affected in the context of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.
