Terraverde Laboratory performs predictive maintenance work by analyzing new and used oils. Thus, the operator knows which parts need to be replaced, if there is a possibility of future interventions if the oil complies with the equipment requirements.

„The personnel in our certified laboratory have over 25 years of experience, former ICERP institute in Ploiești employees. We constantly verify the analyses we perform with other laboratories abroad specialized in new and used oil analyses for the maintenance of equipment in the industry. We have over 20 pieces of equipment, with which we perform over 30 types of analyzes to help us to a correct diagnosis of the installations and oils, as close as possible to the reality. After performing the analyzes, we identify the possible failures that may occur”, said Florin Aconstantinesei, Terraverde Laboratory Manager, during the conference “2021: The role of maintenance for industrial recovery”, organized by Energynomics.

Then, Terraverde can create an analysis history, so the evolution of the equipment is tracked over time.

”This can lead to cost savings for equipment that can use oil for more time”. Thousands of euros/equipment are thus saved, he added.
