According to the quoted source, the Russians Aleksei Kovalenko (executive general director and president of the Petrotel Lukoil directorate), Olga Kuzina (economic and financial director), Alexey Vointsev (deliveries director) and Kuzma Oligov (HR director) were replaced from the directorate.

The only member of the management board retained was the Romanian Dan Dănulescu, appointed general executive director and president of the Petrotel Lukoil management board. The other new Romanian members of the directorate are Dorel Duțu (chief accountant of Petrotel since 2001), Adrian Negoiță (production director, in the company since 2013) and Ion Mura (economic and financial director, for 21 years deputy director at Lukoil Republic of Moldova, transferred in 2021 to Romania).

The fourth new name in the Petrotel Lukoil directorate is that of the Ukrainian Oleksii Bibik, who was appointed human resources director, receiving a residence permit in Romania from the authorities in Bucharest. He held several positions, including HR director and deputy general director of the Odessa refinery, the fourth largest in Ukraine.
