MOL Group will harmonize the management platforms of the service stations in its Romanian retail network and invites entrepreneurs and companies to apply for the management of 35 service stations.

Interested entrepreneurs and companies willing to apply are invited to register on MOL Romania’s webpage in the dedicated section up until September 4th this year.

The candidate agents must fulfill some prerequisite conditions, such as having the start-up capital for business financing, submission of a bank letter of guarantee, minimum three years of management experience, entrepreneurial skills and relevant experience in retail and team motivation. The current agents of service stations and their employees are welcome to apply, as long as they observe the pre-set conditions.

Following registration, they will receive information about the administration of a MOL station and will be invited to send their CVs and letters of intent to [email protected] by September 4. Only selected candidates will be invited to participate. Additional information is made available on MOL Romania’s Linkedin page.

The service stations which will be converted to the new operational platform are located in Bucharest and surrounding towns (Adunații Copăceni), Arad, Buzău, Constanța, Corbii Mari (on the A1 București-Pitești highway), Craiova, Florești Prahova, Hunedoara, Petroșani, Pitești, Ploiești, Reșița, Rupea, Sebeș, Târgoviște, Târgu Jiu, Timișoara.

Harmonizing the management platforms of the service stations

“Most MOL Romania service stations operate under the CODO platform – Company Owned, Dealer Operated, while the network acquired in February is managed via various platforms. Considering our goal to offer customers and partners products and services at consistently high standards and to ensure the observation of these standards throughout MOL Group’s network in Romania, we invite entrepreneurs to send their letters of intent for the management of 35 service stations in our extended network”, said Camelia Ene, Head of Retail, MOL România.
