Distribuție Energie Electrică România (DEER) plans to acquire a system to secure and modernize the network infrastructure within its data centers; the estimated contract value is RON 7.7 million (excluding VAT), according to a tender notice published in the Electronic Public Procurement System (SEAP).

The company aims to modernize DEER’s data center network infrastructure through this acquisition, the notice states.

The contract will run for five months from the date of signing and covers the delivery of equipment to the company’s branches. The award procedure is an open tender, and the criterion used is the best price-quality ratio.

The participation guarantee for the procedure is RON 77,000, while the performance bond amounts to 10% of the contract price (excluding VAT).

According to the documentation, bidders must demonstrate that, over the past three years, they have carried out similar supplies with a cumulative value of at least RON 7.7 million (excluding VAT). The deadline for the submission of bids is October 20, 2026, at 15:00.
