For them, we address the most topical issues, from the impact of the Covid-19 crisis in the energy industry to the fast-changing dynamics of the oil and gas sector – liberalization, large-scale investments completed and ongoing – from automation and digitalization as solutions for business optimization in industry, to the wave of direct or implicit promises, including offshore wind resources, PV power generation, funds that will be available from European and national sources, modernization of the wide areas of legislation – Offshore law, Mining law, Thermal law, etc.

Some ideas

The General Director of CIS Gaz Sebastian Călugăr talks about the diversification of their fields of activity over the last 10 years, which has contributed to the increase in turnover. “CIS GAZ entered a new stage of organization and restructuring of the company, where we will add new branches of services”, Sebastian Călugăr told us. But the main success of the company in 2020 is linked to their core business, with hundreds of kilometers of pipelines completed and in operation, also outside Romania.

From the same sector, on one of the hottest topics of the moment, general manager of Megaconstruct, Cătălin Ivan, answered our questions – he warned that without calculations of economic efficiency, the free connection of consumers to gas distribution networks means bankruptcy! “The applicant can opt for the connection because it is free of charge, without any intention of becoming a consumer,” warns Cătălin Ivan.

“Only a free and functioning market can stimulate investors”, points out Manfred Paasch, CEO of E.ON Romania, in an exclusive interview for Energynomics. He adds: “We believe that in the future, quality services and solutions that bring in added value, that are designed to meet the specific needs of customers will win”.

Authorities and managers, companies and experts from all energy sectors are also features in the new edition of Energynomics Magazine. Among them, Stephen Birrell, Managing Director, Ossian Energy, Nicolae Turdean, President of NAMR, Yedil Utekov, Chief Officer Production and Industrial Services at KMG International.

We maintain an integrated approach on the entire industry, with four distinct sections for each large sector – electricity, oil and gas, renewables, thermo – and a section of general interest.
