Schneider Electric announced a strategic partnership with Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn), the world’s largest electronics manufacturer, to help define and scale the next generation of AI data centers, according to a company statement.
As the adoption of artificial intelligence accelerates, the demands on digital infrastructure are fundamentally transforming. This collaboration brings together Foxconn’s unparalleled expertise in advanced computing platforms, AI rack integration and global manufacturing with Schneider Electric’s leadership in power, cooling and energy management. Together, the two companies aim to deliver integrated, turnkey solutions that enable customers to build and operate AI infrastructures with greater speed, efficiency and predictability globally. Production will begin later this year.

Through this collaboration, Foxconn and Schneider Electric will jointly develop next-generation reference architectures for AI data centers. The partnership will also explore innovations in closed-loop energy optimization, integrated power and cooling skids and standardized design frameworks, creating replicable and high-performance designs for AI factories around the world. By aligning manufacturing excellence with energy intelligence, the two companies are laying the foundation for a new generation of AI infrastructures, designed for scalability, efficient by design, and ready to meet the growing demands of the artificial intelligence era.
