PPC Energie, an integrated energy provider, adds the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) service for battery energy storage systems (BESS) to its portfolio of advanced solutions for companies.
With the launch of this new service, PPC Energie strengthens its integrated business model, offering companies a complete package of photovoltaic and battery energy storage (BESS) installation solutions, along with operation and maintenance services for both types of business solutions.
The new service is aimed at medium and large businesses that have battery energy storage systems (BESS) installed by PPC Energie or companies that plan to install integrated solutions that include both photovoltaic panels and BESS systems. The BESS O&M service ensures the safe, efficient and predictable operation of energy investments for businesses in the fields of logistics, industry, distribution and retail, agribusiness, shopping centers, industrial parks, hotels, guesthouses, medium and large office buildings, medical centers and other types of businesses with similar operating needs.
For BESS systems between 50–99 kWh, the basic package is available, which includes annual control activities, preventive maintenance and post-intervention reports. Between 100–500 kWh, the offer is extended with additional preventive and corrective services. These include remote monitoring, telephone support and battery health check, and corrective maintenance benefits from a guaranteed level of services (SLA – Service Level Agreement) differentiated, depending on the chosen intervention level.
For capacities over 500 kWh, PPC Energie proposes customized preventive and corrective maintenance solutions, adapted to the specifications of each project.
Based on the services chosen from the mix of options offered, companies reduce their technical risks, extend the lifespan of the BESS system, benefit from dedicated expertise and optimize their operational performance.
