Romgaz: Four-year mandates for Răzvan Popescu and Aristotel Jude

Romgaz’s Board of Directors, chaired by Dan Drăgan, appointed Răzavn Popescu and Aristotel Jude to the positions of general manager and deputy general manager, respectively, for four years, according to a press release sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange . At the same time, Gabriela Trânbitaș received a four-year mandate for the position of economic director of the company. Thus, the mandates begin on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 and end on May 16, 2027. This puts an end to a long period of probation, in which the mandates were renewed every few months.

Romgaz recorded, in the first quarter of this year, a consolidated net profit of 970 million lei, down by 0.98%, respectively by 9.6 million lei, compared to the similar period in 2022.

Compared to the last quarter of 2022, the net profit is higher by 214.01%, considering that in the last three months of last year it was affected by the solidarity contribution introduced at the end of 2022, according to the financial report sent to the Stock Exchange on Friday by Valori Bucharest.
