Five years after its launch, PPC blue announces investments in sustainable mobility, developing a network of over 4,700 public charging points in Greece and Romania.
The PPC blue public charging network currently includes over 3,300 charging points in over 970 locations throughout Greece, making it the largest public charging network for electric vehicles in the country. Over 600 DC/HPDC fast charging points, together with 46 PPC blue charging hubs in key areas along the national road network, significantly increase public charging capacity nationwide. The network infrastructure has been designed to comply with modern accessibility standards, including facilities dedicated to people with disabilities.
At the same time, PPC blue continues its expansion to new destinations. Since last winter, a total of 54 charging points have been operating in the seven largest ski resorts in Greece, further strengthening the electric vehicle charging infrastructure in the popular mountain destinations.
PPC blue’s growth extends beyond Greece. In Romania, the PPC blue network currently exceeds 1,400 charging points in over 450 locations, covering all 41 counties of the country.
At the same time, PPC blue’s membership in ChargeUp Europe—the association representing the electric vehicle charging infrastructure industry at European level—strengthens its active role in shaping the future of electric mobility in Europe.
