Polytrade Global, a Romanian entrepreneurial group specialized in energy infrastructure, the supply of electrical equipment and the implementation of renewable energy projects, ended 2025 with remarkable financial and operational results. The achieved performances consolidate the company’s position as an integrated player in the clean energy value chain and place it among the most dynamic groups in the Romanian energy sector. The company recorded a turnover of approximately 21.5 million euros in 2025, up 173% compared to the previous year, and a net profit of 579 thousand euros. The results were supported by the expansion of the portfolio of EPC projects in renewable energy (turnkey energy infrastructure projects), the consolidation of the distribution activity of electrical equipment and the development of investments in the production of electrical cables.

“Polytrade Global continued to grow in 2025 with the objective of becoming a relevant player in the energy infrastructure in Romania and beyond. We tripled our turnover compared to the previous year, we strengthened our relationships with partner financial institutions and with suppliers and subcontractors. Ranking in the top of energy infrastructure companies in Romania confirms the maturity of our business model and the team’s ability to deliver complex projects in a sector essential for the economy of the future. We are developing simultaneously on the four verticals of the group – EPC, distribution, independent energy production and equipment production, to create an integrated ecosystem, capable of responding to the increasingly complex demands of the market and generating sustainable value in the long term,” said Gabriel Merluşcă, co-founder and CEO of Polytrade Global.

Over the past five years, Polytrade Global has recorded an average annual revenue growth rate of approximately 36%, and in 2025 it ranked 8th nationally in the main CAEN classification, out of a total of 663 active companies.

Among the company’s representative projects currently under implementation are the 23 MW photovoltaic park in Căzănești, Ialomița County, built with solar tracking systems (tracker), as well as the 38 MW photovoltaic project in Alexandria, where Polytrade Global is coordinating complex infrastructure and installation works. The company also contributed to the development of the collector system for the WFPP Vifor Phase 1 wind project, with a capacity of over 100 MW, one of the most important renewable infrastructure projects in the region.

In 2026, Polytrade Global enters a new stage of development, focused on accelerating investments in its own projects, expanding its energy infrastructure activities and strengthening its presence in European markets. To support this strategy, the group has strengthened its management team and technical expertise in the last year, attracting professionals with relevant experience in energy, engineering, finance and corporate development. In a context marked by massive investments in energy security and the accelerated transition to a low-carbon economy, Polytrade Global aims to become a major regional player in the development of energy infrastructure. The group is actively exploring growth opportunities in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany and other European markets, aiming to capitalize on the expertise accumulated in Romania and contribute to the modernization of energy infrastructure at the regional level.
