Nuclearelectrica (SNN) informed the shareholders that, ”on 16.01.2020, the SNN Board of Directors took note, by Decision no. 2/ 16.01.2020, of the resignation of Mr. Adrian Dumitriu to the mandate or of the Financial Director of SNN starting with 31.03.2020,” is shown in a report.

Adrian Dumitriu was appointed CFO of SNN with a mandate contract, in compliance with the provisions of OUG 109/2011, on 11.02.2019, his mandate following to be rightfully terminated on 11.02.2023.

”As well, SNN Board of Directors decided to mandate the Committee for Nominalization and Remuneration to elaborate the profile of the candidate for the CFO position with a view to initiate and unfold the selection procedure. SNN thanks Mr. Adrian Dumitriu for his professionalism and efforts to achieve the performance indicators related to his mandate and for the financial results registered during his mandate period,” reveals the report sent the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
