FP reduces share capital by about 6.7%

The resolutions of the extraordinary general shareholders meeting of Fondul Proprietatea SA decided the decrease of capital of about 6,7%, according to a release.

The meeting took place on Tuesday and decided “the approval of the decrease of the subscribed share capital of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. from RON 9,168,314,116.70 to RON 8,562,968,634.10 pursuant to the cancellation of 712,171,156 own shares acquired by Fondul Proprietatea S.A. during the sixth buyback programme”.

After the share capital decrease, the subscribed share capital of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. shall have a value of about 1.9 billion euro (RON 8.56 billion) being divided in more than 10 billion shares.

The nominal value of each share is of RON 0.85.
