The regulated fixed tariffs for small renewable energy capacities will be introduced in March, said Iulian Iancu, Chairman of the Commission of Industries from the Chamber of Deputies. Feed-in tariffs were blocked until now at the European Commission because of personnel changes, considers Zoltan Nagy, a member of the Regulatory Committee of ANRE.

At the same time, the Commission (Commission of Industries – n.r.) seeks solutions for ways to support the renewable energy units for up to 5 MW as per Law 220,” said Iulian Iancu.

In this context, energy suppliers have proposed to the Commission of Industries the permission to conclude electricity supply contracts, negotiated directly up to 10 MW, said Ion Lungu, general manager of CEZ Trade company.

Referring to the market and stock transactions platforms, Ion Lungu said that he looks forward to, from OPCOM and from ANRE, the impact upon the price of the market coupling.

With reference to the new transaction service on the OPCOM, the trading platform dedicated to universal service, Ion Lungu said: “The platform will not work, it turns out that there was an effort of money and personnel; it will have the destiny of the centralized platform for large consumers, where no transaction is taking place. “
