The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and VERTIK have selected three companies that will participate in the “Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Programme”, launched in Romania at the beginning of this year. As part of the support program for improving the relationship with investors and increasing the liquidity of the shares of companies listed on the stock exchange, Societatea Energetică Electrica (BVB symbol: EL), BRK Financial Group (BVB symbol: BRK) and Roca Industry Holding (BVB symbol: ROC1). The 3 companies will benefit from the consultancy provided by the VERTIK team of professional consultants for the realization of an IR strategy, with the aim of improving their visibility and liquidity in the capital market.
“We congratulate the companies selected in the program that will receive concrete support, adapted to their needs, in terms of creating an IR – Investor Relations strategy, we believe, with an impact on the attractiveness of the company in the capital market. “Investor Relations and Liquidity Support Programme” is managed as lead consultant by Daniela Șerban, Managing Partner VERTIK, together with a team of consultants with a cumulative experience of 60 years in IR and PR. The program aims to improve the visibility in the capital market of selected listed companies. The program is 80% financially supported by KTACF – Technical Cooperation Program for the Development of Capital Markets, funded by the Korean Government.
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) launched the program in Romania in January 2023 and is expected to end early next year.
