Arval Romania announces the official launch of a new range of products dedicated to fleet electrification: Arval Energy Card, Arval Energy Cable and Arval Route Planner. These solutions are part of an integrated approach, which supports companies in adopting electric mobility, providing practical tools for fleet management and optimizing daily operations.

The new range offers a complete package for electrified fleets, combining easy access to charging infrastructure, the flexibility of charging anywhere and intelligent route planning, so that fleet managers can more easily manage vehicle autonomy, charging times and the availability of charging points.

Arval Energy Card is a unique card designed for charging electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, in roaming, which provides access to approximately 5,000 charging points in Romania and over 850,000 in Europe. The solution allows for centralization of payments, without the need for upfront payment, contributing to a simpler and more predictable user experience.

Based on the card, users benefit from personalized support services, which include order management and product renewal, incident management such as loss or theft, invoice monitoring and control, as well as a detailed and consolidated analysis of consumption. Such a tool significantly simplifies the administrative and accounting processes associated with electrified fleets. Arval Energy Card is already available for companies in several European countries, including France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Slovakia and continues to expand in the markets where Arval operates.

Arval Energy Cable is a “smart”, portable cable, designed for electric vehicle drivers who need flexibility. The cable allows vehicles to be charged at various types of electrical outlets – at home, in the office or on the go – without the need to install a fixed charging station.

The solution includes a mobile application that allows the management of charging sessions, real-time monitoring of consumption and the generation of periodic reports, useful for both drivers and fleet managers. With charging powers ranging from 1.4 kW to 22 kW and several accessory options and cable lengths (5m, 7.5m, 10m), Arval Energy Cable responds to various usage scenarios and contributes to reducing costs by facilitating charging at more advantageous rates than those on public networks.

Arval Route Planner is a digital tool accessible through the My Arval application, which supports electric vehicle drivers in planning trips, integrating real-time information on available charging stations. The application allows routes to be optimized according to a series of criteria such as: autonomy, availability, rates, charging speed, plug type or station reliability, but also takes into account the manufacturer brand, the battery charge level at departure and the desired level at destination, the number of passengers, air conditioning.

Arval Route Planner contributes to a more predictable driving experience by providing reliable and up-to-date charging information, which helps drivers identify Arval Energy Card compatible stations and avoid unforeseen situations during their journeys. Romania is among the first countries where this tool is available to drivers, along with France, Belgium, Austria.
