The application sessions within the Rabla Clasic, Rabla Plus and Charging Stations programs for electric vehicles in the localities have been extended, informs the Administration of the Environment Fund (AFM).

“The Administration of the Environment Fund has extended the registration session for both individuals and legal entities, including ATUs and public institutions, in the National Car Park Renewal Stimulation Program (Classic Scrap Program) and in the Emission Reduction Program of greenhouse gases in transport, by promoting clean and energy efficient road transport vehicles (Rabla Plus Program) until July 31, 2022,” it is mentioned in the release.

Also, the session for the submission of funding files for the Program on Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Transport, by promoting the infrastructure for energy-free road transport vehicles – charging stations for electric vehicles in localities, was extended until August 12, 2022, according to Agerpres.

“We have decided to extend the period of submission of funding files under these programs to facilitate access to funding for as many beneficiaries as possible. Through our programs we aim to meet the European and national objectives on sustainable urban mobility and we want to finance as many electric and hybrid electric vehicles as possible through the Rabla Plus Program. At the same time, we support the financing of 100% of the eligible expenses for the installation of recharging stations, the maximum amount being of 190,000 lei, within the Program Recharging stations for electric vehicles in localities. There is a need to prioritize the implementation of these programs nationwide to provide benefits to all those who choose environmentally friendly vehicles,” said the president of AFM, Laurenţiu-Adrian Neculaescu.
