Alive Capital announces the signing of a collaboration agreement with Sieyuan Electric, a global electrical equipment manufacturer, for the construction of battery storage projects with a total capacity of up to 2.5 GWh, planned over the next four years.
The agreement aims to implement BESS systems in stand-alone and co-located configurations, in multiple power classes. It covers Alive Capital’s own investments, those of its affiliated companies and projects developed for the company’s clients.

Alive Capital operates a fully integrated energy platform covering generation, supply, aggregation, dispatching, forecasting, optimization, operation and maintenance, and asset management. The company currently manages over 1.5 GW of generation capacity, originating from 198 power plants, and supplied 1.95 TWh of electricity in 2025, with a 1.8% share of the non-household supply market in Romania as of November 2025.


The plan to build battery storage projects with a total capacity of up to 2.5 GWh over the next four years really stood out to me. That makes this feel like a serious long-term move, not just a routine partnership announcement.
