The ADREM Group, a leading provider of services and solutions for energy infrastructure in Romania, projects a turnover of approximately 800 million lei for 2026—a 33% increase over the 600 million lei recorded in 2025. With 34 years of experience, a workforce of approximately 1,600 employees, and nationwide operations, the group aims to reach a turnover of one billion lei within the next two years through organic growth, investments, strategic acquisitions, and international expansion.

“Over the past 34 years, ADREM has built expertise, relationships based on trust, and the capacity to manage increasingly complex infrastructure projects. Today, we are a mature Romanian group with a robust organizational structure and development ambitions that reflect the experience we have accumulated. We aim to reach a turnover of one billion lei over the next two years through investments, the diversification of our activities, and long-term partnerships,” stated Corneliu Bodea, CEO of ADREM.

A significant step in this strategy is the acquisition of a 100% stake in the Electroechipament Industrial (EEI) group—a Romanian company with over 30 years of experience in energy and industrial infrastructure. The transaction has received approval from the competent authorities, and the final legal formalities are expected to be completed by the end of October 2026. The acquisition complements ADREM’s capabilities in energy infrastructure construction, industrial automation, and equipment manufacturing, strengthening the group’s ability to deliver integrated projects—from design through execution to maintenance. The contribution from EEI is projected to generate an approximately 20% increase in the group’s turnover in 2027, in addition to organic growth.

In 2026, ADREM is investing approximately 2 million euros in the development of operational capacity, digitalization, and cybersecurity. Of this amount, about 1.5 million euros is allocated to equipment and machinery aimed at boosting productivity and streamlining execution, while approximately 400,000 euros is directed toward IT infrastructure and cybersecurity—both essential for data protection and operational continuity.

One example of the group’s diversification is ADREM AME 360, an asset management solution through which ADREM extends its expertise from the energy sector to water and wastewater operators. The platform integrates data on assets, risks, and maintenance, supporting operational decision-making and investment planning. This solution opens a new business segment for the group, with potential for regional expansion. “The experience gained in the energy sector enables us to develop solutions for other industries that manage complex infrastructure as well. We see significant opportunities for diversification, both through the development of new services and by expanding into foreign markets. We possess the expertise and capacity to transform these opportunities into concrete avenues for growth, strengthening ADREM’s position as a Romanian group with regional ambitions,” stated Corneliu Bodea, CEO of ADREM.

ADREM is one of the largest private energy services groups in Romania, with 34 years of experience in the field, 1,600 employees, and nationwide operations. The group provides solutions and services for the energy sector through three companies with complementary areas of expertise: ADREM Invest, which specializes in the modernization and digitalization of electrical grids and smart metering management; ADREM Engineering, a leader in SCADA automation, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), and investment management solutions for distribution operators; and ADREM Link, a provider of energy efficiency and smart consumption solutions, photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, and electric vehicle charging stations.
