Alive Capital invests in renewable energy, through the acquisition of two photovoltaic parks, according to a report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The company announced the completion of the acquisition procedure of 100% of the shares of the All Colors Project Energy Company, according to Financialintelligence.

All Colors owns a photovoltaic park located in Urlați, Prahova county, with a total installed capacity of 2 MW approved for evacuation, as well as three plots of land of 19,933 sq m, 67 sq m and 20,253 sq m, respectively. On 29.06.2023, the contract for the assignment of 100% of the shares of All Colors was signed, which later becomes Alive Sun Power Two, and starting from this date, Alive Capital S.A. becomes the sole associate.

The company also announced the completion of the acquisition procedure of the assets invested in the electricity production activity at the Centrală Electrică Photovoltaica Valea Călugărească production site. The transfer includes the Valea Călugărească 1 photovoltaic power plant with an installed electrical power of 5.38348 MW, the intra-urban land with an area of 129,145 sq m, the intra-village land with an area of 1,587 sq m, the authorizations necessary to carry out the activity as well as the service, supply or commercial contracts .

Also in connection with this transaction, the shareholders decided on 07.05.2023 that Alive Capital S.A., as sole partner, establish the Alive Sun Power One S.R.L. Company. with the aim of taking over and managing this power plant.

Thus, on 11.08.2023, the additional documents are signed by which Alive Capital S.A., as assignor, assigns to Alive Sun Power One S.R.L., as assignee, the transfer contract through which the photovoltaic plant becomes the property of Alive Sun Power One.
