CEZ Group Romania ends the year 2020 under the sign of good deeds, through a partnership meant to offer the community from Curtea de Argeș access to quality medical services. In December, the mission to support the Cardiology Department within the Curtea de Argeș Municipal Hospital was materialized by purchasing medical equipment and equipping the hospital with a new professional washing machine.
The initiative dedicated to the Curtea de Argeș Municipal Hospital was proposed by an employee of the CEZ Group in Romania, in response to the urge to support the communities affected by the crisis caused by COVID-19, within the internal project Good Generators.
”Through the 8 winning projects of the 2020 edition, which obtained funding from the company, we extended the joy of giving in the communities we belong to, investing in education and health for future generations,” say CEZ officials.
“From the very beginning, we have been with the community from Curgea de Argeș, and our involvement for a better life continues through the investment in health and quality medical care. We believe in the power of good deeds, and for this reason, we always act for the safety and health of future generations and to generate a change for the better in the communities we belong to,” said Ondrej Safar – Country Manager CEZ Romania.
Thus, approximately 60,000 people assigned to the Curtea de Argeș Municipal Hospital will be able to benefit from quality medical services.
