Transelectrica has extended the provisory mandates of the Supervisory Board

The provisory mandates are extended at Transelectrica for two more months. The shareholders meeting of the company on March 26, therefore, decided to extend the mandates of the members of the Supervisory Board of the company by a further two months, according to a report presented to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The new mandates expire at the end of May. The decision was taken with the vote of 85% of the shareholders.

Thus, the composition of the SB remains the same: Adrian Goicea, Luiza Popescu, Oleg Burlacu, Valentin Jean Comănescu, Mihaela Constantinovici, Ciprian Constantin Dumitru and Mircea Cristian Staicu.

“Regarding item 2 on the agenda, with the positive vote of the shareholders representing 85.47% of the total number of validly expressed votes, the remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board is established as being approved by the HAGOA no. 31/ 26.11.2019,” is shown in the report.
