ROTTCO builds a gas station network from independent filling stations

ROTTCO, a distributor of petroleum products, aims to connect independent gas stations into a single fuel distribution network, according to a press release issued by the company.

The initiative, called ROTTCO Synergy, aims to “provide independent gas stations a stabilization alternative, of development and business value growth for owners of independent stations, as well as to increase competitiveness, which can only be achieved through access to specific integrated networks”, announces ROTTCO’s management.

ROTTCO Synergy initiative will link unaffiliated stations to major group and with no brand in a coordinated, connected and interactive network, with integrated promotion and communication, benefiting from the experience and training of all its members and from the use of a common brand nationally, say ROTTCO leadership.

The new filling station network of independent entrepreneurs will sell the same quality fuel as the large oil products distributors, network members having the option to choose suppliers, respecting specific tax and quality conditions, inform ROTTCO managers.

In this project, ROTTCO will finance mostly elements regarding standardization, integration and IT coordination of gas stations and it will coordinate marketing and advertising programs and advertising at the network level, aimed at increasing their competitiveness and improving consumer sentiment towards them. ROTTCO, established in 2007, recorded last year a turnover of 453 million lei.
