Energy companies are on the list of most sought after employers, along with those in the IT, auto, medical or financial fields. Thus, Google, Porsche, Amazon, Regina Maria, Enel, Rompetrol and Mercedes Benz lead the top of the most desired employers in Romania, reveals a study by Universum Global and eJobs, on a sample of over 15,000 respondents.

According to the source cited, in the same top there are also names such as Banca Transilvania, Medicover, Procter & Gamble, Samsung, Oracle, BMW Group, Synevo or Zentiva.

For students, the list of companies they would like to work for includes players such as Google, L’Oreal, Regina Maria, Orange, Bank of Transylvania, Samsung, Microsoft, Bayer or Rompetrol.

Both professionals and students want to work in a company that gives them a balance between personal and professional life, to have a stable job and to help them grow, from a professional point of view.

“Candidates apply to those companies that offer competitive salary packages, which send their employees to trainings and support their professional development, which are known for stability and because they respect their employees. It is very important to provide the opportunity for quick promotions. Employers should to be extremely attentive to these signals that employees send to the market, especially in the context of a huge fluctuation of personnel and especially in the conditions where only 12% of the employees are satisfied with their current job and only 15% would recommend the employer for whom he works for friends and acquaintances,” says Bogdan Badea, CEO of eJobs Romania.
