In June, ANRE provided access to the online supplier switching platform (POSF), implemented as part of a European project to bring the Romanian market in line with the new requirements that by 2026, the technical process of supplier switching must be completed within 24 hours, any day of the week.

In this context, all market players – electricity and gas suppliers (power and gas), network operators (power and gas), Balancing Responsible Parties (BRPs) and suppliers of last resort – have a legal obligation to find solutions to automatically connect and maintain the connection between the POSF and their IT systems as soon as possible.

To meet the market’s needs, Ringhel has brought together know-how, technology, business analysis and POSF integration implementation, offering a turnkey solution.

After a detailed analysis of the data flows in the vendor switching process, as well as data stability and security requirements, Ringhel has created a custom solution for integrating companies with POSF, which will be done at the data level, not the interface level. The variant chosen by Ringhel’s specialists offers a robust and scalable solution that will be easily scalable to future changes in technical requirements. The integration uses Ringhel-built PROCESIO no-code technology, which will automate the transfer of data between any ERP or IT solution from energy companies and POSF, without them having to do any specific integrations, just provide access to the data in the systems. The big advantage in this approach is that PROCESIO’s technology will adapt to the companies’ systems and not the other way around, thus streamlining the resources involved and optimizing implementation time.

PROCESIO’s no-code technology is new and innovative for this type of integrations, offering flexibility and ease in automating any process, an intuitive user experience and requires a short understanding and learning time, Ringhel representatives say.

In a dynamic market with a changing legislative framework, market players need to adapt quickly, in an agile and efficient way. This involves an intense digitalization process and they can only do this with proactive and professional technology partners. With 15 years of experience in energy software, Ringhel has the expertise to achieve integration with POSF for both electricity and gas suppliers and distributors.
