The executive managements of the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE), the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) and the National Authority for Administration and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM) must present, by September 30, 2025, a new organizational chart that provides for a 10% reduction in specialist positions and a 30% reduction in support services positions, according to a draft law published by the General Secretariat of the Government, according to Agerpres.

At the same time, the executive managements of the three institutions will present, also by the end of September, a salary scale that provides for a 30% decrease in all salaries and/or allowances of the personnel included in the staff lists on July 1, 2025.

For members of the ANRE Regulatory Committee, members of the ASF Council, the president and vice-presidents of ANCOM, the level of salary/remuneration/allowance, as the case may be, will be reduced by 30% compared to the level registered in July 2025.

The new organizational charts, staff lists and established salary levels will enter into force starting from the date on which the new organizational charts enter into force, but no later than January 1, 2026.

According to the initiators, these measures are intended to streamline the activity of some administratively autonomous authorities.
