The shareholders of the National Company Nuclearelectrica approved, on Thursday, the distribution of gross dividends totaling 1.179 billion lei from the net profit for the 2025 financial year, the gross dividend being set at 3.91068407 lei/share, according to the decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (AGOA).

According to the report submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the registration date was set for June 23, 2026, and the payment of dividends will be made starting July 13, 2026.

The decision regarding the distribution of net profit for 2025 and the granting of dividends was approved following a supplement made by the majority shareholder, the Ministry of Energy, with 28,999,676 votes “for” and 3,854,861 votes “against”.

At the same time, the shareholders approved the Income and Expenditure Budget for 2026.

The OGMS meeting took place at the company’s headquarters in Bucharest, in the presence of 46 shareholders, who represented 10.89183% of the share capital and total voting rights.
