Bogdan Tudorache

The General Assembly of the Association of Electricity Suppliers in Romania – AFEER, decided to reappoint Professor Ion Lungu (CEZ) as president – position held since 2006. At the same time, Cristina Micu and Daniel Pintilie were replaced in the board with Marius Chicioreanu and Cristian Culea.

On April 9, the GSM elected by a majority vote a new Board of Directors with the following composition:

• Ion Lungu (CEZ Trade Romania) – President
• Laurențiu Urluescu (GEN-I, tradovanje v prodaja električne energije, d.o.o) – Member
• Dana Canea (OMV Petrom) – member
• Tudor Cîrstea (Freepoint Commodities Europe LLP) – Member
• Mihai Beu (Electrica Furnizare) – member.
• Cristian Culea (Enel Romania) – Member
• Marius Chicioreanu (Engie Romania) – Member

The mandates of the members of the new Board have a duration of 2 years.
