Greenvolt Power, the subsidiary of Greenvolt Group that manages large-scale renewable energy projects, is one of the leading European players in this segment. The buyer, Enea Nowa Energia, is a subsidiary of Enea, one of the largest electricity suppliers in Poland.

Greenvolt Power, a leading developer of large-scale wind, solar and storage projects, part of the Greenvolt Group, has entered into an agreement to sell a portfolio of four wind farms in Poland, with a total installed capacity of 33.2 MW. The projects, which are in various stages of development, have been sold to Enea Nowa Energia for 83.3 million euros.

The Skibno wind farm, already operational, is located in northwestern Poland and has an installed capacity of 10 MW. Three other projects are currently under construction, with estimated commercial commissioning (COD) dates in 2026, all equipped with Vestas V110 turbines – one of the most advanced technologies currently available on the market. The Zaklików wind farm, located in the Subcarpathian region of southeastern Poland, has an installed capacity of 10 MW. The Nowe Miasto Lubawskie wind farm, located in the north of the country, has an installed capacity of 6.6 MW. Also located in northern Poland, the Jabłonowo Pomorskie wind farm has an identical installed capacity of 6.6 MW.

The buyer, Enea Nowa Energia, is part of the Enea Group, one of the largest electricity suppliers in Poland, operating across the entire supply chain, from energy production to distribution.

“The development of renewable energy is not only a strategic direction for us, but also a set of concrete actions that we take every day. The agreement signed with Greenvolt Power represents another step for Enea towards a strong and green future based on renewable energy sources. We are constantly building our portfolio of renewable sources, investing in technologies that have a real impact on Poland’s energy security and environmental quality,” said Bartosz Krysta, Vice President of the Enea Board of Directors for Commercial Affairs.

“The sale of this portfolio of four wind farms confirms once again Greenvolt’s ability to execute and deliver large-scale renewable energy assets, while demonstrating our expertise in improving and capitalizing on them. Last month, we announced the completion of two transactions totaling 250 million euros, which further materialize our asset rotation strategy, involving the sale of projects at different stages of maturity,” said João Manso Neto, CEO of Greenvolt Group.

In April, Greenvolt Group announced the completion of the sale of two Utility-Scale projects in Poland, the Sompolno hybrid project and the Pelplin wind farm, the latter also being sold to Enea Nowa Energia, which is now acquiring this new portfolio.

“In recent months, we have been working intensively on projects that strengthen our presence in the large-scale renewable energy investment segment. Through acquisitions like this one, we create real value for Enea Group, for the country’s energy transition and, ultimately, for our customers. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team involved in this project — thanks to our joint efforts and commitment, we can proudly add more green assets to our portfolio,” said Arkadiusz Arusztowicz, CEO of Enea Nowa Energia.

This recent investment is in line with the objectives of the Enea Group Development Strategy until 2035, which foresees a dynamic increase in installed capacity from renewable energy sources. To achieve its strategic goals by 2035, Enea Group will allocate almost PLN 107.5 billion, the bulk of which will be invested in the development of renewable sources, energy storage and the modernization of distribution networks.

The two previous transactions provided approximately EUR 250 million in capital for Greenvolt. With this EUR 83.3 million transaction, the Group consolidates its strategy to develop and capitalize on high-quality renewable energy assets and further strengthens its role in promoting the energy transition.

“This portfolio is in different stages of development. The Skibno wind farm is operational, while the other three are under construction. Zaklików and Nowe Miasto Lubawskie are scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026, and Jabłonowo Pomorskie by the end of next year. These wind farms are a clear demonstration of our ability to effectively leverage investments, in line with our strategy of 70% to 80% asset rotation and generate returns for the Group,” added Radek Nowak, CEO of Greenvolt Power.

In the Utility-Scale segment, Greenvolt Group has a portfolio of 13.2 GW in 18 countries, following an asset rotation strategy of 70–80% of projects at the Ready-to-Build (RtB) or Commercial Operation Date (COD) stages.

In Poland, where Greenvolt Group has been operating for over 18 years through what is now Greenvolt Power, the Utility-Scale portfolio includes 731 MW of wind power, 1,878 MW of photovoltaics and 2,712 MW of battery storage capacity, positioning Greenvolt as one of the leading renewable energy developers in the country and at European level.
