Freshly enrolled in a political party, lawyer Remus Borza recognizes that the company he leads, Euro Insol, submitted a bid “in a transparent and competitive procedure conducted by the Board of Directors of Hidroserv for appointing a judicial administrator,” according to a press release received by energynomics.ro.
“Financial offer made by Euro Insol have had an initial fixed and variable fee 0 lei. Subsequently being sensed a possible act of unfair competition, risking expulsion from the profession, we asked for a flat fee of 1,000 euros / month and a variable / success fee of 0 lei, tens of times smaller than the other bidders in this case,” reads the release formulated in response to the Energy Minister, Victor Grigorescu.
According to recent statements by officials of Hidroelectrica, Hidroserv maintenance company has not yet entered insolvency proceedings.
“Energy should be depoliticized. It is visible where we are because of political games and related interests. Water separation is needed even more as some live mostly of well targeted rumors. The last case is the uncertain financial situation of Hidroserv. A possible insolvency, if the problem arises, should be managed exclusively on economic principles by the management of the company,” said Minister Grigorescu on a social networking site.
“Rumors that the one that will manage the possible insolvency is Remus Borza do not merely do but to affect the company and the dfifficult difficult economic process it passes. I am convinced that Mr. Remus Borza, who chose a political career, understands that it’s healthier and more honest that when you get involved politically to avoid doing business with the state.
