EU funds worth 112 million euro for energy efficiency research

A new call for energy efficiency under Horizon 2020 takes place, and about 112 million euros of EU funds are available for research on energy efficiency, innovation and market absorption. The deadline for submitting proposals is September 3, 2019, according with CNR-CME.

The call for proposals for the Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy topics under the EU Horizon 2020 funding program was launched on 12 March. Funding is available for proposals submitted for 16 topics in 5 areas: buildings, industry, finance, public authorities and political support, consumers and services.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 3 September 2019. The appeal is managed by the European Commission’s Small and Medium Enterprises Executive Agency (EASME). All funding proposals under the Horizon 2020 program are transmitted via the EU funding portal.
