The total value requested by energy suppliers in Romania for settlement from the Ministry of Energy is almost 1.35 billion lei, according to data from the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE), published on Thursday.

Thus, the situation of settlement requests shows that, between November 2021 and March 2022, 82 companies were registered that submitted a total number of 329 requests, of which 200 were approved, according to ANRE.

At the same time, the total number of ineligible applications is 54, and the total amount for settlement sent to the Ministry of Energy amounts to almost 1.4 billion lei,

Also, the amount registered in the case of ineligible requests is 9.726 million lei, and the total value requested has reached 1.349 billion lei, according to Agerpres.

ANRE specifies that the difference of 75 applications submitted for settlement is in different stages of analysis and that as the operators upload the supporting data and documents, requested by the assigned experts, their verification and determination will be carried out with maximum efficiency.
