Electro-Alfa International, a leading Romanian manufacturer of electrical equipment and provider of EPC and IT services, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, has completed the takeover of SPIACT Craiova and Electro Alfa CM (Metallic Constructions). The two acquisitions, worth over 9 million euros, are strategic for the long-term development of the company and were assumed through the stock exchange listing prospectus. Electro-Alfa International holds 51% of SPIACT Craiova shares and 33% of Electro Alfa CM’s share capital.

Electro Alfa CM (Metal Constructions) specializes in the production of industrial metal equipment, boxes and cabinets for electrical equipment, made in its own factory in Botoșani for both the local market and international partners. The company has a tradition of over 30 years, its activity starting in 1995. Currently, Electro Alfa CM operates a production unit with an area of approximately 10,000 sq m and has a team of about 230 employees. Thanks to modern production capacities and high quality standards, over 75% of production is destined for foreign markets, the company being a reliable partner for customers from many European countries.
Electro-Alfa International shares are traded on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, under the trading symbol EAI, since March 3, 2026. The company successfully completed an IPO in February 2026, attracting net proceeds of 544.3 million lei.
