At the beginning of February, we completed the acquisition process of the company developing the Vulturu photovoltaic project, and the team’s efforts were channeled towards new opportunities in this area of interest. From our perspective, such approaches are not only of particular importance from the point of view of business strategy, but have also become a necessity at the industry level. In this sense, the Electrica Group will continue to pursue the expansion of the portfolio in the field of electricity production from renewable sources,” said Alexandru Chiriță, Director General of Electrica.
Electrica informed the capital market on July 28, 2021 about the signing of the sale-purchase agreement of 100% of the shares of Sunwind Energy S.R.L..
