Romgaz has concluded with Electrocentrale Bucureşti an additional act to the contract for the sale – purchase of natural gas for non-domestic customers in the amount of 2.102 billion lei, according to a report submitted on Wednesday by the gas producer to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

The additional act covers the period October 1, 2021 – September 30, 2022 and in case of non-payment provides penalties for late interest due for non-payment of budget obligations.

The document was approved by the Ordinary General Meeting of Romgaz Shareholders in Wednesday’s meeting.
