Eight candidates registered for the elections for the Romgaz Board of Directors (SNG), for a four-year term, which will take place at the General Assembly on March 14.

Thus, the Ministry of Energy proposed Dan Dragoș Drăgan (economist), Aristotel Marius Jude (lawyer), Marius-Gabriel Nuț (economist/auditor), Răzvan Brasla (economist), Gheorghe Silvian Sorici (economist), Botond Balazs Mediaș (lawyer), Elena -Lorena Stoian (lawyer) and Nicolae Petria Șelimbăr (economist), according to Financialintelligence.

Also, Frâncu Constantin proposed Nicolae Petria, advisor of Transilvania Investments Alliance, for the position of administrator.

According to the documents for the AGM, the list can be completed by the minority shareholders, within the term and conditions provided by the Convener, in the completed form, that is, until today.

Initially, the shareholders were convened for the election of administrators for four months, but later, the Ministry of Energy requested to complete the agenda with a new point regarding the election of the CA for four years.

Currently, the Board of Directors includes Dan Dragoș Drăgan, Aristotel Marius Jude, Cezar Batog, Virgil Marius Metea, Nicolae Bogdan Simescu, Botond Balazs and Gheorghe Silvian Sorici.
