E.ON launches on the Romanian market a new energy provider, developed to offer 100% online products and services on eonflash.ro, to consumers who want to change their gas and electricity supplier, in the context of market liberalization profile. E.ON Flash proposes customized gas and electricity packages according to customer consumption behavior.

Predictable costs

One of the packages that the new energy provider proposes to the Romanian market is 12 Egal Dual, with which the customer benefits from predictability in terms of 11-month energy costs in advance. The Dual Package splits to 12 the energy costs and allows the customer to pay the same amount of money for the month. The predictability of energy costs is all the more important as winter spending on each household is generally higher.

Online contracting formalities

Contracts for these packages are one-year long, with the possibility of a prolongation on expiry of the deadline, and one of the client benefits is that the contracting formalities are exclusively online, thus avoiding queues and paper work.

All that the new client needs to do is to enter eonflash.ro, choose the desired energy package. Then, using the online configurator the client can get an estimate of monthly payments according to the average consumption of his / her home. The next step is to put in the platform the documents needed to conclude the contract, which can be taken with the mobile phone and uploaded to the application (a picture of the identity card and the latest gas and / or electricity bill).

“Customers are expecting from us new smart energy solutions, and the digital approach proposed by E.ON Flash is our response to those who want a more flexible and faster approach to switching suppliers. In this way, we are also in line with the European practices in the field, E.ON Flash thus marking a premiere in Romania on the energy market”, said Frank Hajdinjak, General Manager of E.ON Romania.

In addition to the energy packages offered online, E.ON Flash aims to meet customers with advisory services to choose products meeting their needs, and also provides useful energy market information (the process change of supplier, types of energy, how to correctly read the invoices, the structure of the price for energy etc).
