Diversinst, a Romanian entrepreneurial company with over 30 years of experience in the design and execution of natural gas distribution systems, municipal water and sewage infrastructure and other related facilities, ended 2025 with growing financial and operational results, supported by the expansion of the project portfolio, the consolidation of the activity at the national level and the continuous investments in the development of the operational capacity. The main activity, the design and execution of natural gas distribution systems, continued to generate approximately 80% of the company’s revenues, while approximately 60% of the turnover comes from commercial contracts with real estate developers, industrial companies and other private beneficiaries.
“The year 2025 meant for Diversinst both operational growth and the consolidation of our role in infrastructure projects that have a direct impact on communities. We significantly expanded the volume of works executed, continued investments in team development and process efficiency, and consolidated our presence in the top 10 companies at national level, with an increase of over 170% in network kilometers executed for all types of installations. Diversinst’s strategy remains to consolidate the core activity of designing and executing natural gas distribution networks and to develop in parallel complementary areas, such as water networks, sewage systems, and irrigation systems. At the same time, the company already manages over 90% of the activities necessary for the operation of a distribution system, from design and execution to maintenance and interventions, and the transition to the role of network operator represents a natural step in the company’s development,” says Ionuț Claudiu Ștefan – General Manager, Diversinst.
Diversinst achieved a turnover of approximately 182 million lei in 2025, up by over 40% compared to the previous year, while operating income exceeded 206 million lei, marking an advance of over 52% compared to 2024. The increase in operating income was supported by the expansion of the activity through the opening of new construction sites and the streamlining of operational processes.
For 2026, Diversinst aims to continue the growth pace and consolidate its presence in infrastructure projects at the national level, with an estimated increase of approximately 10% in turnover. The company’s medium-term objective is to position itself in the top 5 companies in the sector by turnover, supported by participation in public and private projects, as well as investments in team development, digitalization and sustainability.
As the association leader, Diversinst coordinates projects in advanced stages of execution regarding the establishment and expansion of intelligent natural gas distribution systems in the counties of Olt, Vâlcea, Dolj, Vrancea and Giurgiu, as well as sewage systems in the counties of Dolj and Călărași, serving over 50,000 inhabitants.
In 2025, Diversinst produced its first sustainability report, based on a materiality analysis and management consultation and feedback processes. At the same time, the company started the ESG assessment of relevant suppliers, a process that will be gradually expanded in the coming period. For its performance in the field of sustainability and ESG governance, Diversinst obtained the EcoVadis Silver Medal in 2026. This certification positions the company in the top 15% of companies assessed globally.
