Distributie Oltenia maintains customer relations exclusively online

Distributie Oltenia’s services and the operator’s dialogue with the electricity consumers in its operational area will continue to be carried out online, the company announced.
The decision to reopen the DEO User Relations Centers will be reconsidered in early 2021.

Oltenia Distribution User Relations Centers in Argeș, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinți, Olt, Teleorman and Vâlcea counties will remain closed until January 11, 2021 the earliest, due to the evolution of the current epidemiological context, company officials say.

The online communication channels of the Distributie Oltenia operator remain the safest dialogue alternative, covering the whole range of services intended for electricity consumers.
In addition, DEO keeps additional telephone numbers available to energy consumers for direct contact with its team of specialists.

“The safety of energy consumers and employees, along with ensuring continuity in electricity supply, remain the main concerns of the operator Distributie Oltenia in the current epidemiological context.”
