Conpet’s General Manager mandate, extended by four months

The board of the Conpet Petroleum National Petroleum Transporter decided to extend the term of office of the General Director, Dan Silviu Baciu, for a further period of four months.

“The Board of Directors approved, by Decision no. 13 / 25.05.2018, the extension of the term of office of Dan Silviu Baciu, General Manager, for a period of four months, until October 6, 2018 or until the implementation of the General Director of GEO no. 109/2011 on Corporate Governance of Public Enterprises, approved with amendments and completions by Law no. 111/2016, when it will occur earlier expiry office of the Director General”, according to a release issued on Friday by Conpet to Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), quoted by News.ro.

Conpet is controlled by the state, through the Energy Ministry, which holds 58.71% of the shares. The company has a capitalization of 850.17 million lei.
