The recovery plan of CFR Marfă was approved Thursday by the syndic judge, after approval by the creditors who hold over 75% of the total debts, according to the legal provisions, announced on Thursday, CITR, part of Impetum Group.

“CFR Marfă has already accelerated the first steps before the restructuring due to the experience and efforts of the multidisciplinary team of CITR, an Impetum Group company. The 20 years of experience of the administrator have facilitated the filing of the recovery plan in less than 30 days, conducting negotiations with creditors and approving the plan,” is shown in the CITR statement, quoted by Agerpres.

According to the quoted source, the recovery plan foresees the efficiency of the company, so as to generate operational profit from the second year of carrying out the preventive agreement procedure and obtaining income by selling and swapping some assets, with the purpose of capitalizing itself and the payment of debts. The approved recovery plan is based on the analysis of the current activity of the company, respectively of the ratio between assets in CFR Marfa’s patrimony, including from the perspective of their degree of use, and the debts recorded in the accounting records.
