The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) announced the general listing tariffs for companies as for the main market, but also for the small companies segment, AeRO.

Thus, for the main area, called the Regulated Market, the tariff applied for the issuers of financial instruments (companies) for processing the listing file is 1.200 lei. To this cost an extra admission tariff is added for trading, which can range from 3.600 lei to 21.000 lei, depending on the amount of equity. Based on this indicator, the listing of a company on this market segment of the stock exchange, can cost, at this stage, between 4.800 lei and 22.200 lei, reads a press release of the stock exchange.

“After the first year of listing, a maintenance tariff to trading is collected, on the regulated market. It is variable and is calculated by a specific formula.”

For AeRO, a segment dedicated to the small and medium companies that are looking for funding on the capital market, the processing tariff is 250 lei, while the admittance tariff is 700 lei.

“Therefore, the actual costs charged by BVB for listing a company on the AeRO segement is 950 lei. Regarding the maintenance tariff to trading on the AeRO market, is 2.000 lei per year and is payable from the first year of activity”.

All the tariffs mentioned above are applied exclusively by BVB. The amounts do not include the tariffs charged by other entities (ASF, brokers, etc.) or VAT. Currently, there are 86 active companies on the main market and on the AeRO there are 275 companies listed.
