Allview Energy, the renewable energy division of Visual Fan S.A., announces the completion of construction and assembly works related to the project aimed at developing the 46 MWp Photovoltaic Power Plant in Țăndărei, Ialomița County.
The works were recorded in a Minutes signed on February 12, 2026, following field checks carried out together with the parties involved in the implementation of the project.
Through this project, Allview Energy ensured the complete integration of the technical solution in Full EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) mode, managing a complex package that included design, equipment supply, execution, system integration, testing and technical documentation. Through a carefully coordinated design phase, the premises for a controlled execution and efficient integration of the technical solution were created.
Visual Fan S.A. ensured the coordination of the project as the leader of the association, managing the implementation together with partners Veltol Trading and TQM Services

The project involved the coordinated integration of several major energy infrastructure components: a photovoltaic park with an installed capacity of 46 MWp with 1P tracker structures, inverters and medium and high voltage equipment, a 35/110 kV substation, a 110 kV underground power line (LES), approximately 15 km, for power evacuation and grid connection, and an integrated SCADA system (park and substation) with fiber optic communications.
All essential components of the project were installed and integrated, from the supporting structures and photovoltaic panels, to the medium and high voltage networks, electrical equipment and monitoring systems. At the same time, the necessary tests and checks were carried out to ensure the safe and compliant operation of the entire assembly necessary for the transition to the commissioning stage, according to the contractual schedule.
