AFM starts registration of producers in the Rabla Classic and Rabla Plus Programs

The Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM) organizes the registration session in order to validate the manufacturers’ applicants, within the Program to stimulate the renewal of the national car fleet and the Program regarding the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in transport, by promoting non-polluting road transport vehicles and energy efficient 2020-2024, between August 29 and September 12, 2023.

The conditions for participation in the “Rabla Classic” and “Rabla Plus” Programs, as well as the documents that the applicant manufacturers/dealers must submit, can be found in the financing guides of the two programs, approved by Orders no. 784 and 783/March 22, 2023, published on the website of the Environmental Fund Administration, in the sections related to the programs.

At the same time, AFM announces the extension of the registration session for natural persons within the Program

regarding the scrapping of used vehicles – Rabla Local. Thus, natural persons can enroll in the Program regarding the scrapping of used vehicles – Rabla Local until September 29, 2023, or until the budget allocated to each administrative-territorial unit (UAT) is exhausted.

Registrations related to a single CNP can be made within an account, and a natural person can register only once in the application.

After registration, AFM will send the list of natural persons registered to the municipalities participating in the Program. Afterwards, the natural person will submit the documents, according to the internal procedure of the town hall which will be published on its website.

After signing the financing contract with the UAT, the individual will scrap and delete the used vehicle from circulation and from the tax records and will benefit from the scrapping incentive of 3,000 lei (2,400 lei allocated from the Environmental Fund and 600 lei supported from the budget local).
