Transelectrica has to recover 52 million lei for rendered services

Transelectrica has to recover receivables of 52.2 million lei for the energy transportation services, of which 36.2 million lei actual claims and 16 million lei in penalties, according to a document published by the company.

Among the companies with large debts is The Autonomous Administration for Nuclear Activities (RAAN), with a debt of 5.7 million lei, followed by Transenergo Com, with 5 million lei.

Energy Holding has to pay 1 million lei. Other 12.2 million lei are debts of companies that entered into receivership. The biggest debt is that of the energy trader Petprod, 5.6 million lei. Other debtors are Also Energ (5.05 million lei) and ICPE Electrocond (1.1 million lei).

From debtors that are in the bankrupcy procedure, Transelectrica has to recover 3.1 million lei from Total Electric Oltenia and 2.3 million lei from Ennet Group.

In addition, Transelectrica has total debts of 16 million lei related to the penalty invoices for the transport service. The largest debtor on this list is ArcelorMittal Galați, with a remaining of 3.9 million lei, also writes Agerpres.
