The second class in the dual system supported by E-Distribution companies in Romania started the courses at the Dragomir Hurmuzescu Technological High School in Deva on Monday. The program aims to provide 28 students with access to sound professional training, in accordance with the latest technologies implemented by E-Distribution companies, as well as to help reduce the shortage of specialized personnel foreseen in the energy sector.

Also, the students from the Technical College of Energy in Bucharest started the second year of preparation within the program “Future Electrician”, of education in dual system, class supported by E-Distribuţie Muntenia.

The program contains an important component of practical training, both in the laboratories of the Technological High School and in the Banat E-Distribution facilities. Thus, in the first year of the program, the students will attend at least 20% of the hours of practical training in the Banat E-Distribution facilities, and this ratio will increase to 60% in the second year and 70% in the third year. The practical training will include hours of mentoring with specialists and tutors of E-Distribution Banat, specially prepared for these activities.

The program is organized in the dual education system, which ensures the E-Distribution Banat support to the Dragomir Hurmuzescu High School of Technological Energy during the 3 years of study. The company will grant students a monthly scholarship of 200 lei, which is added to the scholarship of 200 lei granted in the state vocational education system.
