The gas transport company Transgaz concluded new yearly and quarterly gas transportation contracts worth almost 235 million lei (52 million euros) including VAT with Romgaz, Elcen and CE Hunedoara, according to a report consulted by energynomics.ro.

Thus, Transgaz concluded a contract of 153.8 million lei with Romgaz to transport gas annually, valid from 1 October 2016 and 1 October 2017 and another 6.7 million for the quarterly transportation (for the period October 2016 – January 2017).

Another yearly contract, worth almost 58 million lei (VAT) was completed with Elcen, shows the report submitted to Bucharest Stock Exchange.

Another quarterly deal was clinched with Elcen, of approximately 13.9 million lei, for the period of October 2016 – January 2017.

Finally, Transgaz concluded a yearly contract (with a final deadline in October 2017) in the amount of 3.57 million with the Hunedoara Energy Complex.

Payments relating to the invoices issued under the provisions of the network code will be made within 90 calendar days from the date of issue.
